You must keep your wristband with you for the duration of the event and be able to present it if requested.

If you cannot present your wristband when asked, you may be refused entry or re-entry.

Anyone removed from the event for substance misuse will not be entitled to a refund and will not be welcome at future Fylde Coast Community Events events.
Where appropriate, matters may also be reported to the police or other relevant authorities.
There will be no exceptions to this policy.
The Fylde Coast Community Awards are about celebrating the achievements of people, businesses, organisations and individuals across our community.
We expect everyone attending to treat other guests, finalists, winners, performers, venue staff, event staff and volunteers with respect.
Aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
We want every finalist, winner and performer to have the opportunity to be heard and enjoyed by the room.
We do ask that everyone keeps conversations to a minimum while somebody is speaking or performing. Nobody wants to stand on stage while a whole table is having a conversation over them!
And, because I know people will probably test me on this one , anyone caught talking over somebody on stage or one of our performers may be pointed out in front of the room and given a little fine, with the money going straight to Fylde Kids Foundation.
So if you don't fancy becoming part of the entertainment yourself, just have a little respect and let people have their moment.
Anyone removed from the event due to serious misconduct, substance misuse, aggression, harassment, repeated disruption or failure to follow staff or security instructions will not be entitled to a refund.
Depending on the circumstances, they may also be prohibited from attending future Fylde Coast Community Events events.

The safety and wellbeing of guests, staff, volunteers, performers and venue staff is a priority.

The Fylde Coast Community Awards are intended to be an inclusive celebration of the Fylde Coast community.
We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation or abuse on the basis of race, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, age or any other protected or personal characteristic.
Everyone attending is expected to treat others with dignity and respect.
Our aim is simple: everyone gets the same opportunity, every vote is checked, and nobody gets a special set of rules.
We want the awards to be a brilliant night for everyone involved, so please come along, celebrate, enjoy the entertainment, support the finalists and winners, and let everyone have their moment.
